Food

Feed puppy food until 12 months old then move your dog to an adult formula. Puppies are fed twice a day. Adult dogs are fed once a day. In addition they get a daily chew. Add warm water to your dog’s kibble to aid in digestion and help prevent bloat.

Purina No Corn, Weat, or Soy – this is what I feed my puppies

HomeMade PupLoaf – a super healthy homemade option that I also use.

Grooming

You will want to start grooming training right away. The slicker brush is great for puppies. Onces your puppies adult coat comes ( and they have their double coat ) in you will need to use both the deshedding tools to get out undercoat and the slicker. Pay close attention to ears, armpits, pants and tail as these areas matt quickly without regular care. Wipe your dog eye as needed to avoid build up. If build up does occur use a warm washcloth to soften the are and use a flea comb to gently remove it.
